4. now you can work with your fabric. make sure you line up the desired measurements between your ruler and your cutting mat. then like during your practice run, gently glide your cutter along the edge of the ruler. don't strain!
your blade is really sharp and it will do the cutting, all it needs is a hand to guide it as to where to cut
